Shared Kitchen & Cross-Contact Disclosure

All Lotus Sweet Treats products are prepared in a private residential kitchen where common food allergens are handled, stored, and used.

Although we follow food-handling and cleaning practices intended to minimize allergen cross-contact, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens or traces of allergens.

Shared equipment, preparation surfaces, utensils, storage areas, and ingredients may present a risk of unintended allergen exposure.

Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

Customers with known food allergies, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions are responsible for notifying Lotus Sweet Treats before placing an order.

While we welcome questions regarding ingredients and preparation practices, we cannot guarantee allergen-free products or accommodate requests requiring a dedicated allergen-free preparation environment.

Individuals with severe food allergies or a risk of anaphylaxis should exercise particular caution when considering products prepared in our shared home kitchen.
