Pickup & Delivery Policy

We offer two ways to get your order: local pickup or local delivery. We don't ship by mail or carrier of any kind. If you need an order sent out of the Houston area, we won't be able to fulfill it. ## Pickup Pickup is at our home kitchen in the Houston area. The exact address is shared with you in your order confirmation email so we can keep our home address out of public listings. When you place your order, you'll choose a pickup date and a time window from the slots we have open. Slots and dates are managed in our system, so what you see at checkout is what's actually available. Some dates may be blacked out for holidays, full schedules, or personal time. When you arrive, please have your order number ready (it's in your confirmation email). For larger orders we can bring it out to your car if that's easier. If you're running late, please contact us. We hold orders for 15 minutes past the end of your pickup window. After that, we may not be available to hand off the order, and rescheduling depends on our schedule and whether the product still travels well. Orders that are never picked up are treated as completed and aren't refundable. See the Refund Policy for details. If you can't make your pickup window, contact us as early as possible and we'll try to move you to a later slot. ## Delivery We deliver locally within a 50-mile radius of our kitchen. The radius is enforced at checkout: if your delivery address is outside our service area, the system won't let you submit a delivery order. In that case you can switch to pickup or contact us to discuss options. The delivery fee is based on round-trip distance from our kitchen to your address. We calculate it automatically from the address you enter, and it's shown to you before you confirm the order. The fee covers the actual driving time and mileage, so it varies by location. Delivery times are scheduled in windows similar to pickup. Someone needs to be at the address to receive the order, since cake pops and baklava shouldn't sit on a porch in the Houston heat. If no one is available when we arrive, we'll attempt to reach you. If we can't make contact within a reasonable hold time, the order may be brought back to the kitchen and a redelivery fee may apply. ## Out-of-area orders If you want to send a treat to family or friends in Houston, you can place a delivery order to their address as long as it's inside our service radius.
