Lotus Sweet Treats LLC respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect when you use the site, why we collect it, and who else sees it. ## What we collect When you create an account or place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and (for delivery) your street address. We keep a record of your order history so you can reorder favorites and so we can answer questions if something goes wrong. If you message us through the site, we keep that conversation tied to your account. For payments, we use Square. Square processes your card details on its own systems. We do not see or store full card numbers. What we receive back from Square is payment metadata: a confirmation, the last four digits, and a transaction ID. If you pay through Zelle or Venmo instead, we record that the order was paid and the payment reference you give us. The site uses cookies for two things: keeping items in your cart between visits, and keeping you signed in once you've verified your email. We don't use third-party advertising trackers. ## How we use your information We use it to make and fulfill your orders, to confirm pickup or delivery details, to send order status updates, and to follow up if you leave items in your cart. If you opt in to marketing emails, we'll occasionally send notices about seasonal flavors or new products. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email. ## Who we share it with We share information only with the services that make the site work. That includes our payment processor (Square), our email and (if enabled) SMS providers for transactional and marketing messages, and Google Maps for calculating delivery distance from your address to our kitchen. We don't sell your data and we don't share it with advertisers. ## How long we keep it We keep account and order records as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for tax and recordkeeping purposes. Marketing email lists are retained until you unsubscribe. ## Your rights You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account.
