Allergens

What allergens are in your products?
Our products contain or may contain eggs, milk, soy, and wheat. Other ingredients vary by flavor and item, so always check the product page or ask before ordering if you have a concern.
Are your treats safe for someone with a severe food allergy?
We bake out of a private home kitchen where eggs, milk, soy, wheat, and other common allergens are regularly used. Cross-contact is possible even when we take care, so we cannot guarantee any product to be allergen-free or safe for anyone with a severe or life-threatening allergy.
Do you offer gluten-free, dairy-free, or nut-free options?
We do not currently offer dedicated gluten-free, dairy-free, or nut-free items. If you have a specific allergy question, send us a message through the contact form before placing your order and we'll let you know what we can and can't accommodate.

Cancellations and Changes

Can I cancel my order?
Standard orders can be cancelled for a full refund up to [CANCEL CUTOFF HOURS] hours before the pickup or delivery date. After that point, ingredients and prep time have already been committed, so we can't refund. Custom orders follow the cancellation terms in the quote you accepted.
Can I change my pickup date or address?
Date and address changes are handled case by case based on our schedule. Send us a message through the contact form or your account messages as soon as you know, and we'll let you know what's possible.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Let us know within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. Send a message through your account or the contact form with photos and a short description, and we'll make it right.

Custom Orders

How does a custom order work?
Fill out the Custom Order form with your event date, theme, colors, packaging preference, and any reference images. We'll review the request and send you a written quote with pricing and a payment link. Production starts once the deposit is paid and the design is approved.
Why isn't there a price on the custom order page?
Custom work varies a lot, so we quote each one individually based on the design, quantity, and timeline. After you submit the form, we'll respond with a detailed quote, usually within [QUOTE TURNAROUND] business days.
Can I send a logo or a photo?
Yes. The custom order form has an upload field for reference images, photos, or logos. Higher-resolution images give the best results on edible image cake pops, so send the largest version you have.
Can I make changes after I get the quote?
You can request changes to the design, quantity, or date through the messaging thread on your quote. Once production starts, changes may not be possible, or may add cost or time.

Gift Cards

Do you sell gift cards?
Gift cards are powered by Square and may not be available yet on the site. When they are live, you'll see a Gift Cards link in the menu and can buy and send them directly through checkout.
How do I redeem a gift card?
Enter the gift card code at checkout in the payment step. Any balance left after your order stays on the card for next time. Gift cards can be used on standard orders and on custom orders once a quote is accepted.
Do gift cards expire?
Square gift cards do not expire and have no service or maintenance fees, in line with Texas state rules. If you lose track of a code, contact us with the purchase email and we can help look it up.

Lead Times

How far in advance should I order?
Standard Signature Pop and baklava orders need at least [STANDARD LEAD DAYS] days notice. Custom orders, photo or logo cake pops, and larger event orders need more lead time, typically [CUSTOM LEAD DAYS] days, depending on the design.
Do you take rush orders?
Sometimes, depending on the calendar and what you need. Rush orders inside our standard lead time are subject to a rush fee, which is calculated and added at checkout if you select a date inside the rush window. If we can't fit a rush request, the website will let you know before you check out.
What if I need a date that's already booked?
Some dates fill up fast, especially around holidays and weekends. If a date shows as fully booked, the calendar won't let you select it. You can pick another date, or send us a message and we'll let you know if anything opens up.

Loyalty Rewards

Do you have a loyalty or rewards program?
We're building a repeat-customer rewards program into the site. It may not be live yet. When it is, you'll see your progress and any available rewards inside your account portal.
How do I earn rewards?
Once the program is live, you'll earn credit toward rewards each time you place an order while signed in. The current threshold and reward value are set by us and shown in your account portal so you always know where you stand.
Can I use a reward and a promo code together?
It depends on the promo. Some codes stack with rewards and some don't. The cart will show you what's being applied and what isn't before you check out.

Minimum Order Requirements

Is there a minimum order for cake pops?
Standard cake pop orders start at [MIN STANDARD QTY] pops, sold in increments of [INCREMENT QTY]. This keeps batches consistent and lets us hold to our quality standards.
Is there a minimum for custom or photo cake pops?
Yes. Custom Creations and Photo or Logo Cake Pops start at [MIN CUSTOM QTY] pops because of the extra design and prep time. Larger custom orders are welcome; pricing scales with the design and quantity.
Are minimums different for wholesale or corporate accounts?
Yes. Approved wholesale and corporate accounts have their own minimums and tier pricing once your application is reviewed. Apply through the Wholesale or Corporate page, and we'll send your account details after approval.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards through Square, plus Zelle and Venmo. Card payments include a small processing fee that's shown at checkout. Zelle and Venmo do not have a processing fee.
When is payment due?
Standard orders are paid in full at checkout. Custom orders use a quote workflow: once you accept the quote, payment is due before production starts. Wholesale and corporate accounts may have different terms once approved.
How does paying by Zelle or Venmo work?
Pick Zelle or Venmo at checkout and your order is placed in a payment-pending status. Send the payment to the account details shown in your confirmation email. Once we receive it, we manually confirm your order and you'll get a confirmation message. If we don't see payment, you'll get reminder emails at 24 and 48 hours, and the order is cancelled if it stays unpaid.

Pickup vs Delivery

Where do I pick up my order?
Pickup is from our home kitchen near the I-69 / 99 (Grand Parkway) area in Richmond, TX. The exact address is sent in your order confirmation email once your order is placed.
Do you deliver, and how much does it cost?
Yes, we deliver locally within the Houston area. The delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on round-trip distance from our kitchen to your address. Orders outside our 50 mile radius cannot be delivered, but pickup is always available.
Do you ship cake pops or baklava?
No. We do not ship any of our products. All orders are pickup or local delivery only. This keeps the quality where we want it and is required under Texas Cottage Food Law.
Can I pick a specific pickup time?
Yes. At checkout you'll choose a pickup date and a time window. Available windows are set by us each week. If a window is full or closed for a date, it won't show up as a choice.

Storage and Shelf Life

How should I store my cake pops?
Cake pops are best kept in the refrigerator in their original packaging until about 30 minutes before serving. Let them sit at room temperature briefly so the chocolate coating softens slightly and the cake center comes back to its best texture. Avoid leaving them in direct sunlight, in a hot car, or anywhere humid for long periods, as the coating can sweat or melt. For the full storage and serving guide, download our printable Cake Pop Care Card PDF from this page.
How long do cake pops stay fresh?
Refrigerated and properly sealed, cake pops stay at peak quality for about 5 to 7 days from the pickup or delivery date. They can be frozen for up to 3 months if you want to save them longer; thaw in the refrigerator overnight before serving and do not refreeze. Once a pop has been at room temperature for several hours, plan to eat it that day. Full details, including event-day handling tips, are on the Cake Pop Care Card PDF available from this section.
How should I store baklava?
Baklava is best stored at room temperature in an airtight container, out of direct sunlight. It keeps its texture and flavor for up to 7 days that way. Refrigeration is not recommended because it can soften the layers and make the syrup weep. We do not recommend freezing baklava: freezing crystallizes the syrup and sugars, which ruins the texture of the pastry.
What is the Cake Pop Care Card?
It's a one-page printable PDF with our recommended storage, transport, and event-day handling tips for cake pops. We include it with every order, and you can also download it directly from this section so it's handy whenever you need it.
